The Red Cross Sent Us a Personal Letter! Thank You for All Your Hard Work with the Colorado Floods. American Red Cross is an amazing organization dedicated to helping those affected by disasters by providing food, shelter, emotional support, and more. Their quick response to emergencies is crucial and a relief to victims that experience mass tragic natural or man-made disasters.
AAMCO Helps Veterans
AMCO partnered with Military Order of the Purple Heart, which helps veterans across the US with a “50 Cars in 50 States” program. Our AAMCO of Lakewood location donated their services to Denver Army veteran, Richard Turja, and repaired his 2002 Dodge van with a transmission rebuild, brakes, and an engine tune-up.
Fixing Veterans and Emergency First Responders’ Cars
In 2011, Our Greeley, CO AAMCO location hosted a “Fix My Ride” contest for first responders and military personnel to celebrate their 6th anniversary. Those who wanted to be considered for the auto makeover had to submit a short email or letter explaining what kind of public service they worked in, car specifications, their vehicle distresses…
