Greeley’s AAMCO Veteran Program ‘Fix My Ride’ Honoree Becomes a Family Affair for the Holidays
GREELEY, CO. 1-11-13
“Thank you and all the employees of Greeley AAMCO for your dedicated service and support of our military personnel,” wrote the Fulton family to Mike Antonucci and Don Gaiti, son and father owners of the Greeley AAMCO Transmission Repair and Complete Car Center.
The Fulton family is the chosen honoree of their ‘Fix My Ride‘ auto makeover offer to celebrate and give back for the heroic efforts of military personnel and first responders. “With the recent issues of my own vehicle,” the Fulton family continued, “it was a wonderful surprise to learn that because my brother and I chose to serve in the U.S. Navy, you would be donating a full transmission re-build and installation.”
Everyone in the Fulton and AAMCO families had a hand in Fixing the Ride which is currently in Texas where their daughter is stationed. While Michael is serving in the Sea of Japan; his father, Ted rebuilt the engine of their 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 and then Mike, led his AAMCO team in rebuilding the ailing transmission.
Mike and Don, along with their participating auto related vendors – Advanced Auto Parts, Transtar, Alliance Auto Collision and Towing, and Renaissance Insurance, contributed to the Fulton family’s Auto Makeover. They are overjoyed to help make this holiday/new year season a bit more memorable for the most deserving Fulton family from the Greeley AAMCO family, now entering their 8th year serving the Greeley community with full time dedication and environmentally green values. Mike, GM & co-owner fo the Greeley AAMCO Center remarked that “this is just a small way of giving back to the community that has embraced our AAMCO Car Center for these wonderful years, and we hope to Fix another Ride in 2013.”
