AAMCO Aurora (Hampden & Tower Rd) Transmission & Total Car Care
Great customer service! First time doing business here and was completely surprised by the quick and professional service. Steve was very helpful and never once did I feel as if I was a burden or felt like I was being talked down to and was even offered/given a loaner vehicle to use for free, first time for me. Had them replace my transmission and so far, so good…I am very happy and highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this AAMCO to anyone. Steve is one of the most friendly and personable people in the business, and his team knows what they are doing. They are fast, efficient, and have the best prices around. Thanks guys!
Steve was AMAZING! He knows exactly what he’s talking about and was so helpful with everything my car was having problems with! I definitely recommend this place!! I wish there were ten starts!
I have utilized the services that Steve and his staff provide at AAMCO for years now, and I continue to be delighted with their work, friendliness, and consistency. I feel like family there and encourage everyone to check them out. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
I had a serious transmission failure and I went to AAMCO. I spoke with Steve and I was able to get my car in that day. I got a great rate and my vehicle was running better than ever! I had a slight leak about a month later and I took it back to Steve and his crew. My vehicle was a high priority for them and it was repaired in a couple of hours. They gave me a loaner car during the repair so I was able to go home and rest while they repaired my car. Overall, Steve and his crew provided me with world-class service and treated me as a person and not just a person they were looking to get money from. I highly recommend going to this AAMCO location. They do great at an affordable price.
Great place. I have only 1 car and a single father. My car broke down and Steve and his shop went out of their way to tow my car and looked at my transmission. They repaired it in a few days and gave me a loaner car until it was repaired. I am very pleased with the customer service and repair.
