I usually do the change oil in my car, however, the transmission is making a loud unnecessary noise. I am glad you talked about the importance of the presence of transmission to convert all of the energy created by the car into a controlled source of power. Thanks for discussing how to properly maintain and to prevent any possible problems in the car, but I guess it would be best for me to look for a transmission service provider to check the overall performance of my car and see if there are possible repairs needed. my 2008 kia started shifting slowly .It had 125000 miles. The fluid had never been changed. It was very dark. I changed it and noticed immediately an improvement.

I’ve never changed the oil in my car, and I don’t know a lot about car maintenance. Thanks for the advice about checking the transmission fluid like you would the oil. Since I have never done this before, I will talk about it when I take my car in for an oil change.

You are very right that you should have your vehicle serviced regularly. It is a bit scary that I know people that completely neglect their cars. For my vehicle, I always try to stay on top of that and do everything on time. Like you said, forgetting to do the services can affect the other systems in your car, which in turn makes for a more costly repair.
